Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your device. We have no servers and no accounts. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed.
Can I restore my data if I switch phones?
If you use iCloud backup, your Centrd data will transfer with your device backup. We don't offer a separate cloud sync — by design.
What does the lifetime unlock include?
One payment, and you have full access to Centrd forever. No subscription. No recurring charges.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one through your Apple ID purchase history or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app isn't working properly.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at mlang@me.com with a description of what's happening and your iPhone model.
